Yes.

WWE pay-per-views and weekly shows like RAW and SmackDown are included in WWE Network on SN NOW ($14.99/month), WWE Network and SN NOW STANDARD bundle ($24.99/month) and SN NOW PREMIUM ($34.99/month or $249.99/year).

They are not included in an SN NOW STANDARD subscription.
