I’m seeing an “Error 1400” on my Chromecast. What do I do?

If you are trying to cast from your device and are unable to get video playback with error 1400 on your TV, please follow the below.

  • Open SN app, go to Menu > Settings > SN NOW> Sign Out
  • Quit the app
  • Re-open
  • Go to Menu > Watch > Sign In and attempt to cast again
