Sportsnet NOW launches on Chromecast

Just in time for the MLB post-season, NHL and NBA regular seasons, Sportsnet NOW has officially launched native Google Chromecast support!

With the addition of Chromecast, Sportsnet NOW continues to bolster its slate of supported connected devices, after Xbox One and Apple TV (4th generation) were released last year.

“Google Chromecast offers an easy and economical way for Android users to stream Sportsnet NOW to their TV’, said Scott MacMillan, VP at Rogers Media. “Our subscribers want to watch their teams on the biggest screen available, and this is another example of our commitment to extend Sportsnet NOW to more devices.”

Instructions on how to access:

2. Ensure your Chromecast device is setup, and that your Android phone or tablet is on the same wifi network as your Chromecast device
3. Open the Sportsnet app
